Coins and unlocking

Paid episodes can be unlocked one at a time or as the remaining episodes of a series. The live price is shown in the unlock sheet, and content you already own is never charged twice.

While VIP is active you can watch included content without spending Coins. After it expires, order again; ordering during an active membership adds to its length.

Top-ups and delivery

After you pay at the checkout, Coins or VIP are credited right away. Orders and spending are listed under Profile. If a payment result does not update for a long time, refresh the page or contact support.

Recovering your account

If you saved an identity card, choose “Sign in with another identity card” and scan it or paste the recovery credential. If you linked a login method, simply sign in with it.

Refunds

VIP subscriptions and Coin purchases are non-refundable. Minors should purchase only with a parent or guardian’s knowledge.
